We aim to be fair and flexible. The following applies unless your written confirmation states otherwise.

Cancellation Windows

More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund, no fee.
Within 24 hours of pickup: up to 50% of the fare may apply.
No-show or cancellation at pickup: full fare may apply.
Weddings, hourly and multi-vehicle events may have custom terms, stated at booking.

Need to adjust a time, route or vehicle? Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate at no extra cost where feasible.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

For cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a fair resolution.
